We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Wellness Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Wellness Assistant will be responsible for supporting the overall well-being and health of our employees within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating wellness programs and initiatives for employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate wellness activities, events, and workshops.
- Provide resources, information, and support to employees on health and wellness topics.
- Assist in promoting and raising awareness of wellness initiatives throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of wellness programs with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track participation and engagement in wellness programs.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workplace wellness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in developing and implementing wellness programs.
- Knowledge of health and wellness principles and practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Certification in wellness coaching or related field is a plus.
