We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Taster to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Wine Taster will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the taste, aroma, and quality of various wines to ensure they meet the standards set by our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sensory evaluations of a variety of wines to determine quality and characteristics
- Assessing the appearance, aroma, taste, and finish of wines
- Providing detailed feedback and recommendations on wine selections
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to pair wines with specific dishes or dietary requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of wine evaluations and recommendations
- Staying current on industry trends and developments in the field of wine tasting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience as a Wine Taster
- Certification in wine tasting or sommelier training preferred
- Strong sensory evaluation skills
- Excellent palate and ability to discern subtle flavors and aromas
- Knowledge of different grape varieties, regions, and winemaking techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
