We are currently seeking a Youth Assistant to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the youth programs and initiatives within the department, as well as assisting with various transportation and logistics tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and implementation of youth transportation programs and initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for youth events and activities, including scheduling transportation and coordinating with vendors
- Assist with the recruitment and training of youth volunteers and interns
- Provide administrative support to the Transportation and Logistics team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Assist with maintaining inventory of transportation vehicles and equipment
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to youth transportation and logistics activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license
