We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Manager to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The Academic Manager will be responsible for overseeing all academic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing strategies to enhance the educational experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with faculty members to design curriculum and teaching materials that meet the needs of the pharmaceutical industry
- Manage academic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance as needed
- Coordinate with external partners and industry experts to enhance academic programs and facilitate networking opportunities for students
- Oversee the accreditation process and ensure compliance with relevant governing bodies
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of academic programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure academic programs remain relevant and competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Master's degree preferred
- [X] years of experience in academic management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of faculty, staff, and industry partners
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
