We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Manager to oversee the academic operations of our Telecommunications department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, as well as experience in academic management and curriculum development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic strategies to ensure the success of the Telecommunications department
- Oversee the development and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of the industry and adheres to academic standards
- Manage a team of instructors and academic staff, providing leadership and support to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Monitor student progress and academic performance, implementing interventions as needed to support student success
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of the academic programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of students and industry standards
- Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff to promote a positive academic environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience in academic management or curriculum development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in telecommunications
