We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs on a regular basis
- Monitor accounts payable aging to ensure timely payments
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in accounts payable or related role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
