We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable department and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all receivables.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable department
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all receivables
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Work closely with the finance and collections teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in the accounts receivable process
- Provide training and guidance to staff members in the accounts receivable department
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to facilitate timely payment of invoices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience in accounts receivable or related role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
