We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to oversee and streamline office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the administrative department
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of agricultural industry practices and regulations is a plus
