Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adoption Case Worker to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As an Adoption Case Worker, you will be responsible for facilitating the adoption process for both children and families, ensuring that all legal and ethical requirements are met.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting home studies and assessments of prospective adoptive parents
- Matching children in need of adoption with suitable families
- Providing counseling and support to both the birth parents and adoptive families
- Coordinating with government agencies and legal authorities to ensure compliance with adoption laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files
- Monitoring the progress of adoptions and providing ongoing support to families post-adoption
- Collaborating with social workers, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of all parties involved

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in adoption services or child welfare
- Strong knowledge of adoption laws and procedures in Ras Al Khaimah
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and emotionally challenging environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
