We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Advertising Manager Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or advertising, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Advertising Manager in developing and implementing advertising campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize results
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns
- Support the Advertising Manager in coordinating events and promotions
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Handle administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and managing budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- [X] years of experience in marketing or advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
