We are seeking a highly experienced Aerospace Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and aerospace engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage aerospace programs related to telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of aerospace programs, including risk management and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and milestones
- Manage project resources, including budget, schedule, and personnel
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies and systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with project management tools and software
- PMP certification is a plus
