We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Agricultural Assistant to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong interest in helping customers with their agricultural needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with selecting the right agricultural products for their needs
- Provide expert advice on planting, fertilizing, and pest control
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist with merchandising and creating attractive displays
- Keep the retail area clean and organized
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest agricultural trends and products

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or agricultural setting
- Knowledge of different types of plants, fertilizers, and pesticides
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
