Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Inspector to join our Agriculture Division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of agricultural aircraft to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. This position requires a deep understanding of aviation inspection processes and agricultural aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed inspections of agricultural aircraft, including airframes, engines, and other systems, to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and document the condition of aircraft components, identifying any discrepancies or areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Ensure all inspection activities are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement corrective action plans for identified issues.
- Review and analyze maintenance logs, flight records, and inspection reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to confirm aircraft readiness for operational use in agricultural applications such as crop dusting and aerial seeding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to agricultural aviation.
- Provide support during audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs, preparing reports for management review.
- Educate and train team members on best practices for aircraft safety and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft inspection, with a focus on agricultural aviation being a significant advantage.
- Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification from an internationally recognized authority.
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards, regulations, and maintenance practices.
- Proficient in the use of inspection tools and equipment, as well as diagnostic software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
