Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aircraft Interior Technician to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft interior maintenance and refurbishment, with a passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections, repairs, and refurbishments of aircraft interiors, including cabin seating, paneling, lighting, and other interior components.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to implement interior modifications and enhancements in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments on aircraft interior systems to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on each project, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all work is executed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices in aviation maintenance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures for aircraft interiors.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in aircraft interiors and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding their aircraft interiors.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices in aircraft interior maintenance.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in aviation maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft interior maintenance, repair, or refurbishment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, materials, and components relevant to aircraft interiors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards pertaining to aircraft maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
