We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Airline Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of successfully managing airline operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of airline operations, including scheduling, fleet management, and budgeting
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and suppliers
- Lead a team of airline staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical transportation regulations is a plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
