We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Airline Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of airline operations, including financial management, strategic planning, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the financial success of the airline
- Manage the airline's budget and financial performance, including revenue and cost management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the airline, including scheduling, maintenance, and customer service
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and motivate a team of airline staff to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Represent the airline at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders to promote the airline's brand and reputation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, aviation management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline management or a related field
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
