We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Alumni Relations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with former students and alumni within the telecommunications industry in Ras Al Khaimah.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with alumni through various communication channels such as social media, email, and events
- Plan and organize alumni events and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships within the alumni community
- Assist in updating and maintaining alumni database and records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote alumni engagement activities and initiatives
- Provide support to alumni in their career development and job search efforts
- Coordinate with alumni to gather feedback and testimonials for promotional materials
- Assist in developing and implementing alumni giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or community engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry in Ras Al Khaimah is a plus
