Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Ambulance Paramedic Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Ambulance Paramedic Assistant will work closely with paramedics and other medical personnel to provide emergency medical care and transportation for patients in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and emergency services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist paramedics in providing emergency medical care to patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Help transport patients safely and securely to medical facilities
- Maintain and clean ambulance equipment and supplies
- Provide basic life support, including CPR and first aid, as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and medical staff
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on duty
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions and medical treatments
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic
- At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare or emergency services setting
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
