We are seeking a talented and experienced Analytics Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, program management, and consumer goods industry experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of analytics programs to drive business growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in analytics, program management, or related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Tableau, or Python
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
