We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of application support specialists and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all manufacturing applications within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of application support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of manufacturing applications
- Monitor and maintain the stability, security, and availability of all manufacturing applications
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new applications and enhancements
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to manufacturing applications
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for application support
- Develop and maintain documentation for all manufacturing applications and processes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in application support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in application support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing a team of application support specialists
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing applications and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
