We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aquaculture Technician to join our team in Ajman. The Aquaculture Technician will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our aquaculture facility, including feeding and caring for fish, monitoring water quality, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Feed and care for fish in accordance with established procedures
- Monitor water quality parameters and make adjustments as needed
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment, such as pumps and filters
- Conduct routine inspections of fish health and report any abnormalities to the Aquaculture Manager
- Assist with the harvesting and processing of fish as needed
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and data collection
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in aquaculture or a related field
- Knowledge of fish biology, water chemistry, and aquaculture systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Biology, or related field
- Familiarity with aquaculture software and data management systems
- SCUBA certification
