Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Arboriculture Worker to join our team in the real estate sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the green spaces within our residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all trees and plants are healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tree Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of trees and shrubs, including pruning, trimming, and removal of dead or hazardous branches to promote healthy growth and safety.

- Plant Health Care: Monitor and assess the health of trees and plants, identifying signs of disease, pests, or deficiencies and applying appropriate treatments as needed.

- Soil Management: Conduct soil testing and implement soil management techniques to ensure optimal growing conditions for all vegetation.

- Landscape Enhancement: Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to implement planting plans, enhancing the overall aesthetic and ecological value of properties.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing arboricultural tasks. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in arboriculture, including chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tree health, maintenance activities, and any treatments applied. Prepare reports for management as required.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, landscape maintenance staff, and property management to ensure cohesive maintenance and enhancement of green spaces.

- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and property owners regarding tree care and maintenance recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in arboriculture or a related field.
- Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and care requirements specific to the UAE climate.
- Familiarity with pest management practices and environmental regulations related to plant care.
- Experience in using arboriculture tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Relevant certifications in arboriculture, horticulture, or landscaping are a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
