Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural operations within our healthcare projects. You will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all architectural operations within healthcare projects in Dubai
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of architects and architectural technicians
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural operations management
- Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare projects in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
