Position: Art Instructor Assistant
Location: Dubai, Energy Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Art Instructor Assistant in Dubai within the Energy sector. As an Art Instructor Assistant, you will work closely with the lead Art Instructor to help plan and facilitate art classes for employees within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and preparation of art lessons and workshops
- Set up and organize art supplies and materials for classes
- Provide support to participants during art activities
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean art studio environment
- Assist in evaluating and documenting participant progress and achievements
- Collaborate with the lead Art Instructor to develop new and engaging art projects
- Assist in promoting art classes and workshops to employees within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in art instruction or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of various art techniques and mediums
- Passion for art education and creative expression
