Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Instructor to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the construction industry. As an Art Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering art programs for construction workers to enhance their artistic skills and creativity. You will work closely with individuals at all levels within the organization to provide engaging and hands-on art instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement art programs tailored to the needs and interests of construction workers.
- Provide instruction in various art mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.
- Collaborate with other departments to incorporate art into construction projects and designs.
- Organize and facilitate art workshops, classes, and events for employees.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on artwork created by construction workers.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of art supplies and materials.
- Maintain a safe and organized art studio space for instruction and creativity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in art instruction or related field.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in various art mediums and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring others through art.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
