We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Operations Program Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong background in program management within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the art department within a retail setting
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth through art initiatives
- Manage a team of art coordinators and specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with vendors, artists, and other stakeholders to curate collections and exhibitions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of art pieces
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote art events and initiatives
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on future art programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to art operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of art industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
