We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery, specifically asphalt rollers, and have a good understanding of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain asphalt rollers to achieve desired compaction levels on various types of surfaces
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure proper compaction and smooth finish of asphalt surfaces
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities

Requirements:

- Valid UAE driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery
