We are seeking a skilled Assembly Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The Assembly Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the assembly and installation of various construction components on job sites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a construction environment and be familiar with basic assembly techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and installation of construction components such as windows, doors, cabinets, and fixtures
- Follow blueprints and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient installation
- Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a construction environment
- Familiarity with basic assembly techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in construction or carpentry
- Prior experience working as an Assembly Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of construction safety guidelines and practices
