We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Assembly Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the assembly of telecommunications equipment, ensuring all components are correctly assembled according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly of telecommunications equipment, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
- Inspect components for defects or damages before assembly.
- Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and fit together properly.
- Test assembled equipment to ensure functionality and performance.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of components and supplies needed for assembly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and components.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in assembly work in the telecommunications industry.
