Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Asset Management Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the management and growth of our investment portfolios, delivering superior investment performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse range of investment portfolios, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives and market conditions.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with insights and updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and investment opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data to identify investment opportunities. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform investment decisions.

- Risk Management: Evaluate and monitor risks associated with investment portfolios. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate exposure to market volatility and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts and junior asset managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing guidance and support for professional development.

- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to senior management and clients. Analyze portfolio performance against benchmarks and key performance indicators.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to asset management. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.

- Business Development: Support business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (CFA, CAIA, etc.) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or investment management within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing investment portfolios and achieving performance targets.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the UAE and international markets.
