We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Administrator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and a strong background in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team of administrators and executives
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update client files and databases
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails
- Help with the organization and coordination of events and conferences

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
