We are seeking a talented and creative Assistant Art Director to join our team in Dubai. As an Assistant Art Director in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for assisting the Art Director in developing and executing visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, packaging, and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing campaigns and projects
- Assist in creating visual assets for print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, packaging, and social media content
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and messaging
- Assist in overseeing the production process, including working with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design and art direction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
