We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations, and team management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize branch performance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in budget planning and cost control measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- UAE driving license is preferred
