We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Buyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong understanding of the procurement process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Buyer in sourcing and purchasing educational materials, supplies, and equipment
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the organization
- Monitor inventory levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers or deliveries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
