We are currently seeking an Assistant Chef to join our dynamic and innovative Information Technology team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of culinary techniques. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, assisting the Head Chef in creating delicious and visually appealing dishes for our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation
- Follow recipes and guidelines to prepare ingredients, cook food, and plate dishes according to established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring food costs to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items, incorporate feedback, and make adjustments as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
