We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Dean in the field of Retail in Ras Al Khaimah. The Assistant Dean will work closely with the Dean to oversee and manage all aspects of the Retail department, ensuring the successful operation and growth of the program.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dean in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives for the Retail department
- Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality academic programs and student support services
- Oversee student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of programs and student learning outcomes
- Provide leadership and mentorship to faculty, staff, and students
- Represent the department at university events, meetings, and conferences

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Retail, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry
- Experience in higher education administration or academic leadership preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in retail management
