We are seeking a talented and creative Assistant Fashion Designer to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Fashion Designer in all aspects of the design process, from concept development to final product
- Create technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Research current fashion trends and incorporate them into new designs
- Attend fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit
- Maintain organized design files and documentation
- Assist in sourcing materials and trims for new collections
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and timeliness of production

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- [X] years of experience in fashion design, manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong sketching and technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of garment construction and pattern making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
