We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management within the financial services industry. This role will involve overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure work is completed on time and to high quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory.

Requirements:
