Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products and services. This position requires collaboration with various departments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to guarantee the highest standards of telecommunications services.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes, systems, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the training and development of staff on quality standards and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Participate in the development and execution of quality improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in preparing quality reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
- Respond to customer complaints and feedback, working closely with relevant teams to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in telecommunications technology, contributing to the enhancement of quality assurance practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality management or assurance, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies, including ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Auditor) is an advantage.
- Experience with telecommunications regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
