We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of managing store operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to prevent stock shortages or overages
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to optimize operations and enhance customer experience
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate store activities and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store operations, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and store management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
