Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Superintendent to join our dynamic retail management team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will support the Superintendent in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This role is essential for maintaining the store's high standards and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and employee scheduling.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure that sales targets and customer service goals are met consistently.
- Support the training and development of team members, facilitating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and employee productivity for review by the Superintendent.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales principles, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
