We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Financial Services practice in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial law and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience practicing in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on financial matters to clients
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to financial services
- Conducting legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations
- Representing clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations
- Assisting senior attorneys with complex cases and transactions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
- Admitted to practice law in Sharjah
- 2-5 years of experience practicing in financial services law
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
