We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Agriculture practice in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agricultural law and a passion for working in this industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients in the agriculture sector on a wide range of issues including land use, water rights, environmental regulations, and labor laws
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to agricultural operations
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations impacting the agricultural industry
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Sharjah
- [X] years of experience practicing law, with a focus on agriculture preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to agriculture
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
