Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Producer Assistant in the construction industry in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Producer and assisting with various tasks related to project management and production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Associate Producer in coordinating and managing construction projects from inception to completion
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining project files
- Assist with budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Prepare and review project documentation and reports
- Assist in the coordination of logistics and resources for construction projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Producer

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a construction-related role
- Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
