We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Producer Assistant in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and a desire to contribute to the production of high-quality content.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Associate Producer in all aspects of production, including researching, planning, and coordinating projects
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects
- Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist in the creation and editing of content, including scripts, graphics, and video footage
- Monitor and track project budgets and expenses
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases
- Provide support during shoots, including setting up equipment, managing talent, and ensuring a smooth production process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
