Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the production of high-quality content, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Associate Producer will collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling and informative financial content that engages our audience and drives business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of financial content projects, including videos, podcasts, webinars, and written materials.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and financial experts to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts that align with the company’s vision and strategic goals.
- Conduct research on financial topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, staying informed on industry trends and developments.
- Coordinate logistics for production, including scheduling interviews, booking locations, and managing equipment and personnel.
- Oversee the production process by tracking timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Edit and review content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with branding guidelines.
- Assist in promoting finished content across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
- Support the analytics team in measuring the performance of content and providing insights for future projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contributors in the financial services industry.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content production or project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity) and familiarity with content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is an advantage.
