We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Athletic Director to join our team in Dubai. The Athletic Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the athletic programs within the organization, including managing coaches, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive athletic program for the organization
- Hire, train, and supervise coaches and other athletic staff
- Coordinate schedules for practices, games, and tournaments
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations governing athletic programs
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the athletic program within the organization and the community
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of coaches and athletes
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall mission of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in athletic administration or coaching
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing athletic programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred
