We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Athletic Equipment Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of athletic equipment within our Aerospace and Defense organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment management policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate the procurement, inventory, distribution, and maintenance of athletic equipment
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and is in good working condition
- Supervise equipment staff and provide training as needed
- Collaborate with coaches and other staff to assess equipment needs and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, repairs, and replacements
- Manage equipment budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in athletic equipment technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Athletic Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in athletic equipment management
- Strong knowledge of athletic equipment safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and equipment tracking software
