We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Athletic Therapist Assistant to join our Aerospace and Defense team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with athletes and a strong understanding of injuries and rehabilitation techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Athletic Therapist in providing treatment and rehabilitation services to athletes in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Work closely with athletes to assess injuries and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to help athletes recover from injuries and improve performance
- Educate athletes on injury prevention strategies and proper techniques for exercise and stretching
- Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions and progress reports for each athlete
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists and doctors, to ensure comprehensive care for athletes
- Keep up to date with the latest research and developments in athletic therapy to provide the best possible care for athletes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy or a related field
- Certification as a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience working as an Athletic Therapist Assistant
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
