We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The Athletic Trainer will be responsible for providing injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation services to our employees who engage in physical activities as part of their job duties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive injury prevention programs for employees engaged in physically demanding tasks.
- Conduct initial injury assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Provide rehabilitation services to employees recovering from injuries, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure employees receive appropriate care and treatment.
- Educate employees on proper body mechanics and injury prevention techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and progress of employees.
- Stay current on advancements in sports medicine and injury rehabilitation techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) designation.
- Valid license to practice as an Athletic Trainer in Dubai.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Athletic Trainer in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of sports medicine principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees.
